The customer service fist and foremost, is barnone. I received a call following up on the product shipment and if I had received it. Turns out, I wasn't aware that I would be receiving a physical device because I thought it was all through my phone. So glad they called to walk me through the process on how all of this works and for a check up. Had they not gone this extra mile, the device would have been either lost or returned as it was picked by a neighbor, who didn't know the name of our new adventure. Listened to what I was actually looking for and got me the setup I needed for my business. No AI answering service, a real person answered the phone initially and a real person setup my account. An American in America doing business with us in America, what an actual business concept. What we all really want when choosing a company these days.
