Not happy with this company

Not happy with this company. I was told there was no monthly fee and that was not true. After I was charged for thier monthly fee I called to cancel they told me to email them to cancel. I emailed them to cancel the service 3 times only to be charged again and again. I ended up paying all the charges to make them go away. No help from management they just brushed me off. I would find someone else to do business with.

Great customer service…

Always reaching out to ensure everything was going accordingly. Every customer service representative I spoke with was very respectful and happy to assist me with all of my needs!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of credit repair.

After Speaking with Desiree Dallas today, I have more of an understanding on what is being done. I was grateful that she was able to take the time to explain the process and breakdown what I should be doing on my end to move forward with the “rewards” I would gain in the end. Mrs. Dallas was the only employee that really took the time for me to be able to understand and answer my questions!

Absolutely Phenomenal

Alanna (sorry if I misspelled it) has been an absolute DOLL through this whole process, as well as everyone else I've spoken to through the whole process of fixing up my husband's credit. You guys worked miracles for us and I cannot say that enough. You've all been kind, enthusiastic, and most of all human to us. It's so hard to find people who are willing to be real with you in matters surrounding credit. Thank you so much for helping us get a second chance in life. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!

I was confused about my account

I was confused about my account. Moon gave me some of the most amazing service I have ever had from any company I've worked with. I was going to END my program. She was very sincere and was able to nail down the fine details of what I was searching for in 3-4 minutes!!! This is rare and a reflection of your culture there. She even went the extra mile and looked at an email I sent to ANOTHER REP!!! And even researched my question. AMAZING!!! That's customer service at ITS FINEST!!! She shared tips with me that were clear, concise and easy to comprehend. THAKN YOU MOON!!!
