Great job listening to my concerns and providing added support. The promises are reassuring but figuring out the follow through on your will be the real game changer. I am eager to write another review after NCC delivers. Vince was knowledgeable and seemingly experienced working through it. I’ll stay a customer at this time and am more hopeful this issue can be resolved.

My customer service advocate was very thoughtful, positive and easy to understand and put things in my own language so I knew how to make the best decision for myself. He was very helpful and great to talk to! I would definitely recommend Michael lukcy for any loan services or credit repairs to other people in the future!

Questions Answered
When I called today I was very disappointed because I wasn't seeing any results in my credit score but after speaking with Mr. Chavez and he explained to me how the program work I was very relieve. He explained to me what I need to do on my part to help my credit score and I will be doing that. Thank you very much.
