Poor Service and dispatch
The only reason I’ve given you two is because a person in your support team in head Office phone me back every time to try and help me your delivery service is poor the time you take to deliver is extremely bad. You need to look at your infrastructure and your connectability between your website and your dispatch team.

I am sorry that it took a little longer than normal. The branch had been waiting for the delivery but this did not come. I did switch it the warehouse who did get it out for you the same day. As discussed yesterday the delivery company had tried to deliver Monday but they couldn't find the house.
I do hope now you have your order everything will look amazing when done.

Dealt with Newcastle branch , contacts were Chris and Tony . We had an issue with a previous order which got sorted .
We got great advice when choosing our doors , they had the newest specifications available .
We were kept up to date with the order and all arrived on time and as expected . Great quality product .

Incorrect item and late delivery
The rosewood board I received was not as advertised. The board was not smooth faced but had the ridges! I ordered 175mm wide and I received 300mm wide? The local branch was waiting for the brown sealant to arrive which is why it was delayed but i wasnt told until i asked. I agreed white is ok to get the delivery which arrived wrong as above. All in all it was rubbish.

I am sorry you had the wrong part. If I or the driver had had known, we would have arranged to get the correct part out to you.
I can see you had ordered on the Friday evening but this would not have been transferred till Monday. Orders do usually take around a week to arrive and we do not work weekend. But I am sorry.

I think you need more staff training as I was given misleading information on more than one occasion
