National Plastics do not do what they promise.
Seriously disappointed with National Plastics.
After placing an order just under £200, 5 days later after having to contact them for a shipping update they eventually replied stating they cannot deliver to my location (28 miles North of Inverness) even after paying a delivery premium even though their website states free delivery over £100.
Now I have to wait 5 days fof them to refund me before I can place an order with a more reliable supplier.
Beware folks, it appears that "National Plastics" acutally and ironically do not supply plastics nationally.

We do apologise, but recent service issues with third-party couriers in your region, have meant that some customers have received a less-than-ideal service, with damages occurring during transit.
We aim to provide an excellent level of service to all our customers. To avoid disappointment, we have had to temporarily suspend deliveries to certain areas.
We offer all of customers FREE delivery when spending over £100 excluding VAT. We do not offer a paid for premium shipping service.
Your location was noted during the processing of your order and as such we notified you as soon as an issue was identified and provided a full refund.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused on this occasion.

No email sent to me confirming…
No email sent to me confirming delivery,so not correct when I was told i will receive an email about date for delivery. Luckily I was at home when the materials arrived.
The driver said i was the 3rd person to comment about this on the day.
