The product I ordered came leaking in…
The product I ordered came leaking in the box, and I'm only giving them two stars instead of one because the lady I talked to on the phone about this was really nice. She had a new one shipped out to me, just for it to be broken open and leaking in the box too. So, I don't know if it's a packaging error or if it's getting mishandled by the delivery driver.

Tool works well but you may need your own hardware
Tool works well for intended purpose. Description says it includes needed hardwares. But due to lack of specifications it did not come with hardware for my vehicle. after finding proper sized stuff at hardware store tool works as expected.

Customer service was super helpful and tried to resolve every problem.
Multiple shipments of primer were damaged in transportation. It seems that the product isn't packaged well enough, so we will need to purchase elsewhere.
