Great customer service
We have ordered from this company several times now. Our experience has been great. They are readily available each time I have called or emailed with questions. A real person actually picks up the phone! The prices are very competitive and customer service is fantastic. We had an issue with a product that was damaged during the shipping process & National Tool Warehouse sent us a replacement right away. The only negative that I have found, is that they don't always have the same items in stock that we have ordered previously.
