The product is everything I expected
The product is everything I expected. Thank you for that. However, the ordering process by phone was concerning. I called the number on the advertisement, and Genevieve answered immediately. Normally, you have to wait forever when calling what I thought to be a large business. She was extremely pleasant to deal with. However, after giving her the order, and my credit card number, she said her computer wasn't working correctly, and she had to call IT, and would call me back for my credit card number again. She did call back later that day and I gave her the credit card number again. She said it would ship that day Friday 8/1/25, and I would receive tracking once it shipped.
Well it didn't ship that day, so I called the same number back on 8/4/25 to let someone know that I had not received any tracking information. Well, not suspecting that I would get the same person, Genevieve, but I did. She apologized that the product had not shipped on 8/1/25, informed me again that it would ship 8/4/25. Well late that day I kept checking my email thinking I would get a tracking number, but I didn't. So, I sent a rather strong email to Genevieve, now worried I had been scammed. I don't recall her telling me that it would be the next day that she could supply me a tracking number. So yes the next day I received the tracking number, and by that time the product was delivered.
I sent her an apology for having sent such a harsh email, but I'm sure you understand why I was so concerned with all the scams going on these days.

NTW has had the products we have needed when we have needed them! Additionally, delivery time has been very quick! We did have an issue with damaged product with one of our orders a few months ago.
