Very helpful in finding my Dad's will after the original solicitors had gone out of business.

Clive was very helpful explaining the benefits of subscribing to the search service and the procedure. Within two weeks we were contacted by a firm of solicitors who had purchased the goodwill from my step father in laws family solicitors business which had ceased trading some years ago. We now have the original will and a certified copy in our possession. Thank you for your help.

I spoke to Clive and he was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with the search by informing me to have a more positive outlook about the search. I took his advice and broardened my search area. A few weeks later I found the solicitors whom were holding the will.

My solicitors searched for the will for three months without any success. Got in touch with National Will Register and they were able to find the original will within 48 hours. Cannot recommend highly enough, great job!

Both of my parents passed away days apart and it was such an emotional and stressful time.
I knew there was a Will but it wasn't at the solicitors where I thought it would be. I tried contacting all the solicitors in the area by phone and email but nothing was found.
I decided to do a Will Search Combined and Clive was extremely helpful. The Will was found at a solicitors I had previously contacted and told no Will here.
I wish I had done a Will search first and saved myself weeks of stress.

my advice is take the time to contact companies yourself as certainty will not give you any proof or details of who they have contacted. if in doubt search companies house for people who work there and see their history

Clive Fowler and the team at The National Will Register undertook a professional and thorough will search for us, resulting in peace of mind at a very difficult time.

I used Certainty Will Search who were very helpful in helping me understand the service and what I could expect.
I needed to find an original copy of a will written over 30 years ago and had passed through a number of solicitors offices who no longer existed.
The fact that they were able to provide proof the original will existed and where it resided and that it was the final will helped enormously with the probate process.
I would recommend this service to anyone.

The service seems very simple due to the support from Clive who added some humor to a very difficult situation

I used this service to attempt to check if my grandad had an updated will anywhere.

I paid for the premium service and this did not even locate the original will I know to be in existence (used and registered for probate) at the local solicitors down the road from my Grandad's house.

I would like my money back but no offer yet.

I would strongly recommend not using this service.

The fact you couldn't even locate a will that actually exists with a solicitor then has the nerve to ask for an extra £100 for a service that is free locally! vile. I feel robbed.

Will search - Given all relevant information about how they go about the Will search was explained in detail. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and guided me through the process, kept me updated via email. Got sent a results reports within 28 days. Very helpful company - especially Clive Fowler.

I spoke with a man named Clive. His service was so thorough and genuine. He was very clear about the process and also expressed the right amount of tenderness towards the death of my gran. The service produced a positive result and so it was helpful for me in locating my gran’s will.

It was a breath of fresh air to have something dealt with efficiency and kindness and thoughtfulness shown when helping me. I was given a date when I could expect an answer and it arrived that morning. Good customer service is so rare these days

Wouldnt use this company as we paid £65 twice and spoke to Clive and paid another £100 for an intense search and came back with nothing..

We Went to the area where they were suppose to of searched and found the will ourselves..

Emailed to complain twice and never emailed us back.

So try and do your own search before paying anyone else. £230 down the drain.

Not too sure if I should credit the LTD company or not, I have the information that all my personal resources failed in finding any information to receive a report from them stating nothing found, £65 for this? Not too sure if this is value for money, I will advise you to make make sure that you are 100% sure a will exists before using this service.
Remember this is a registered as a Limited company and by that it is money orientated.
Of course they offered me an extra search for £100 I would rather spend it on a horse race as my odds would be better.
