Reliable and Efficient service
It was very easy to set up an appointment, upload photos and details. Everything was confirmed by email and text and my windscreen crack was sorted out in 3 working days. The job was carried out efficiently and in good order.

Top job, very happy
My installer called to say I could come earlier if I liked, when I arrived he was waiting and got on with the job. 50 minutes later it was done, he very kindly mentioned that he'd hurried because I said I worked nights. Top man, top quality install. Very happy

Accounting issues terrible!!
The experience was thwarted with difficulties over the payment that took nearly 3 weeks to resolve, which carried on after the windscreen was fitted. I
It took 5 calls and an email to get it sorted.
Customer Service were helpful but seemed powerless in sorting their accounts department.
Fitting of the windscreen went well and the guy at the Fitting centre was really helpful.
Whole experience spoilt by poor accounts communication and action.
