Staff on the day were great
Staff on the day were great. Booking experience not good. Morning of day before booked date received a phone call saying that still waiting on screen and would confirm about 16.30 if still going ahead. Received another call at lunchtime to say screen now in and trying to arrange a date for 2 weeks later. Had to argue that I still had a date for the next day.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. Chris, the specialist, did a great job. The only downside was that the original appointment for replacing the windscreen was delayed by a week following some glitch in the ordering system.

Ok service
Turned up on time very quick service fully tided up after and left immaculate, but overall not that satisfied with the final product. Windscreen looks great but slightly of centre leaving a gap down one side and a trim on one side not put back on correct that keeps falling off

The fitter was friendly and helpful…
The fitter was friendly and helpful when asking him questions. His colleague offered good suggestions on where I could go while waiting for the new windscreen to be fitted (potentially 4 hours). A bit disappointed the gentleman on reception didnt recognise me at all on my return to collect my car and asked if I was dropping off a vehicle.

Once I had got past the car insurance company and spoke to National Windscreens employees everything went very smoothly. I was contacted before the appointment by the staff member who carried out the windscreen replacement. The work took less time than expected and he even moved a sticker (which I couldn't get off) from the old windscreen to the new one. Excellent service all round!

I've been to repair my windscreen. They did a good job and let me know if I want to replace it later, they will deduct the cost of the repair.

I think it was a great job
I think it was a great job, done in record time, unfortunately there is definately something been dropped through the dash vent thatvhas caused the fan to make noise.
