You caused £2k worth of damage to my car!
Your technician caused over £2k of damage to me car and you've refused to take ownership of this.
The inability and incompetence of your technician has baffled not just me, but several highly knowledgeable and experienced car engineers. It was supposed to be a simple windscreen repair which now means I need a new wing clip, passenger wing, wiper arms and bonnet. You agreed to get an electrician to repair the car sensor that he cut through - twice, as he didn't know what it was so cut through it. But to have a car left that I am not legally able to drive and invalidated my car insurance it unbelievable. It's disgusting and I will be posting and sharing the progress of this for all to see. You need to repair this and make my car drivable. It's been over 2 weeks now and the fact that I cannot drive my children to school. I cannot drive to work is just ridiculous!

The experience was a good one once I received the windscreen from supplier. I was kept informed about the delays but was driving around for 2 weeks with a 12 inch crack in my line of vision.
Thanks to the team in Bristol for going the extra mile to get my screen !

The two chaps who came out to my place of work,went above and beyond.
They had a bit of trouble removing a sun screen off of a 18 year old mk7 transit.
It was proving troublesome after being on there along time.
As soon as it was off they had the job done in double time , while being very professional. L
