Great service
Great service. Had to take car in earlier than they indicated but that was no problem for them, did advise prior to date and time. Car ready when they said. Only issue I had was that screen was very smeary from inside, only noticed when bright sunshine shone on it. Very distracting. Otherwise very good service.

Disappointing
The whole booking system was a disappointment, I had to wait for weeks for the service which then got cancelled on the morning of the appointment after having planned my weeks work around it. I then had to wait another 2 and a half weeks for the next appointment, meanwhile the ctrack in my windscreen was getting longer. All in all a very disappointing experience. I shall no longer include windscreen insurance on my next policy.
