Service was great and windscreen fitted…
Service was great and windscreen fitted well within time. The major problem I had was that they could not put my dash cam which was fixed to the windscreen back on. It cost me an extra £48 to get it fitted by Volvo again. So that plus my excess. Gets pretty costly. However all done now and happy.

The first attempt to replace windscreen…
The first attempt to replace windscreen failed because of inability to calibrate, which was inconvenient.
But you did then arrange to pick up car, replace windscreen and return it This went smoothly.

My windscreen required 2 technicians and they were very professional. The job was done to a high standard and when they were done, they stayed for me to inspect the work with confidence. Great Job!. Whoever the guy was in the dundee office on the phone with me and sorting things gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. Great guy!. Wish I caught his name.
