After waiting 2 weeks for my original appointment it was the cancelled twice before the new windscreen was eventually fitted

Poor repair on chip in window
Poor repair on chip in window, actually looked worse after the repair, so now having to get windscreen replaced, if it wasn’t repairable surely they could have said before attempting it, but no 2nd chance at the repair means a full replacement

Easy online payment as this was through insurance only needed to pay excess. Located on industrial estate but within walking distance of coffee and industrial area whilst waiting.
