I was able to phone the nearest depot…
I was able to phone the nearest depot to where I was on holiday and bring forward the day for my repair from the day given while booking on the national system.
Not only bring it forward but to the day and time I requested. Brilliant customer service.

Efficient Service
Unable to carry out replacement at our house as weather too bad and no covered area. Received a call later to take the car to your National Windscreen premises at Bay Road, Derry, for a certain time, which we had agreed to do earlier. Taken immediately when at your premises and replacement windscreen completed within half an hour, and a perfect job.

Fantastic lady sorted out quick repair . Guys in nw derry treated me with respect and done a fab job for me. They even phoned me a taxi to let me go into town while car being fixed . Highly recommend. Such lovely pleasant helpful staff
