Excellent repair
Easy to book and the engineer did a first class repair on my cracked windscreen. You can barely see where the ‘star’ crack was.

Canceled twice
Canceled twice, due to damaged stock, only told in the morning of the fitting date ,the lads were fine once they had the kit

Replacement windscreen
Replacement windscreen was completed in two hours even though I was advised it could take up to four hours. Well done for a speedy service.
One star marked down because I discovered after leaving the shop, that the driver side wiper blade had been damaged by the broken windscreen and was not clearing water properly. I feel this could have been checked after the new windscreen was tested and I would have happily paid for a replacement wiper blade which was available in the shop.

Originally booked in for a Friday but…
Originally booked in for a Friday but got there and they had the wrong screen. So had to Go back get my car and rebook for the following week. Bit on an inconvenience as had to do a 30 mile round trip twice both days. Once they got the correct screen I couldn't fault the actual service by the technician

Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service, team highlighted a problem with my number plate as the sun/heat was compromising the double sided adhesive tape and it was in danger of failure

Polite and no issues
The gentleman was polite, had no issues with the small crack in the screen, once completed drop the keys back to me, explained about the crack what he had done and anything required after.

We got there in the end
Booking was easy but availability wasn’t great. It was initially two weeks for fitting, which increased to three when the first screen was apparently broken on receipt at the depot. Once a second date was secured the service was very good with great communication. No post fitting issues.
