I had a very good experience with National Windscreens. Although there was a small mistake during the first appointment, the technician was very honest and professional. When fixing it, he showed us a small mark that was not easily visible, which I really appreciated. He was genuine, transparent and willing to put things right. He also arranged a convenient time for another appointment to fix my windscreen. I really appreciate his honesty, helpful attitude and excellent customer service. The windscreen wipers didn't work…
The windscreen wipers didn't work properly afterwards and we didn't discover this until we were on holiday abroad.

Excellent experience
The replacement windscreen was fitted in a professional manner and the process was explained, which was helpful. The staff were friendly and I am very pleased with the result. The booking system was easy for someone who is not that computer literate.
