Unorganised and unprofessional
Been waiting at home all day for a windscreen replacement, to get a call from the technician saying he wouldn’t do the job unless I could provide a canopy or cover in case it rained, even though it’s currently beaming with sunshine outside. Surely a company in this line of work should come prepared for this sort of thing! To top it off, he suggested that instead I drive 21 miles to the garage if I still wanted the replacement today. I’ve never dealt with a company so disorganised and unprofessional.

Great service
Great service, came same day due to cancellation. The engineer had excellent customer service skills, clean and efficient. Explained that the repair may not work or the cracks may still be just visible in certain light but they won't spread. The repair worked so a new screen not required Undertaken on insurance windscreen cover

Was due to drive to Salisbury Branch but they kindly called to say they were near my home address and so called in and did it there. Saving me a trip out. Brilliant Service

I took my Range Rover SVR into the…
I took my Range Rover SVR into the garage in Salisbury to have my windscreen replaced. I cannot speak highly enough of the 3 gentleman that look after me.
They were extremely professional, polite and knew what they were talking about. My vehicle was in an out within the allotted time slot, I was advised what to do and what not to do over the following few days.
It was a 10/10 service and i cannot recommend them enough.
I will certainly advise friends and family to use this branch with any windscreen issues moving forward.

Friendly, polite and professional
Friendly, polite staff with great professionalism. Work was carried out quicker than original estimated time. After booking an appointment i was called to see if I wanted an earlier slot then the one booked due to cancellation and then got a time that worked around the school run, they could not have been more accommodating!
