Their website promised that they had tutors for a rather difficult to find language so I signed up for the full package. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything from them so I reached out and they said they didn't actually have a tutor but they were looking for one. After another week of no response I reached out again. I asked for a refund but they begged for some more time to find a tutor and said that they were talking to some and would have one shortly. So I acquiesced and in the end it took them 6 weeks to find a tutor and they cut the package I had paid for to the very lowest package. And then the tutor didn't show up for the first lesson. So I request a refund. After 6 weeks of waiting and then not even getting my first lesson and not getting the lessons I had actually paid for you know that their site says are 100% guaranteed, I felt this was pretty reasonable. That's when they called me and spent 9 minutes and 34 seconds arguing with me on the phone about whether or not I actually wanted to refund. Finally they understood no I am not continuing with your service. And sent me an email 5 days later saying that they were going to send the refund. And then 5 days after that they sent me another email saying that they were taking out almost $200 because of fees from the payment processor. Native monks is basically a scam stay as far away from them as you can.

Very bad platform which doesnt allow any flexibility for the users. Was told that they cannot extend the deadline since I was not able to complete my lessons which I paid for, but then they tell me if I buy a new set of lessons, they can extend it. It's so obvious that they can extend but they want to earn more money with no Considerations for the customer.
