Service use to be awesome. Any issues were rectified very quickly. Now there is no chat and I have to email. I don’t get immediate responses and I am waiting which feels like forever for issues to be resolved. Issues get worse with them because of this.
They have unethical business practices…
They have unethical business practices when it comes to their "subscription" model. I must have checked a "member" box during checkout, not knowing they were going to charge me annually. Then being opted out of marketing emails, they also don't send transaction emails or receipts when that annual fee comes through. Now years later I asked them about this $30 charge I noticed and they defended it as a normal charge and confirmed no emails were ever sent.

Had rude costumer service when I tried to cancel completely and get refunded when they charged me anyway.
Two stars because the snacks were good in the beginning but they cycled out and started to focus on other things before I was no longer able to get snacks.

Sneakily Duped an Elderly Disabled War…
Sneakily Duped an Elderly Disabled War Veteran/Senior into placing an order and then charging him every year for 5 years costing him over $250! SHAMEFUL!!! He finally caught the charges on his credit card and was able to put a stop to something he had no idea was happening. Had never received any emails letting him know this was what they were doing. I certainly hope KARMA comes back to them for doing this to someone who fought for our country!!!! And, by the way, how do you like how they are "so sorry" after they duped you for over $250? Do you honestly think they are? NO WAY!! If they were sorry (especially being a company with money) they would give back the money they duped me out of

Tracking was so quick as well as accurate updates on my order. I ordered 5 things: Sour Cream Chive Pretzels, Cheddar Jalapeno Almonds, Buffalo Blue Cheese Snack Mix, Shortbread Cookies, and Snickerdoodle Cookies.
The buffalo blue cheese snack mix was my absolute favorite. I am obsessed. The snickerdoodle cookies and sour cream chive pretzels came at a close second. Overall, everything was amazing.

Fresh, Fast, Fun? F Yea!
The packaging was great, everything was still in edible form. I enjoyed all of the snacks I received and they were truly unique, they didn't seem like everyday things I'd get at the grocery store. Elderberry chews were some of my favorite, I will definitely be ordering again. :)

My company has experimented with…
My company has experimented with several "breakroom in a box" services over the last year or so and this is by far my favorite! I get excited every month when I get the email notification that a new box credit is on my account. As a remote worker it's nice to feel appreciated and thought of since I'm not in the corporate office to partake in the goodies available to the rest of the team. The sizes and quantity is great and I love that the bags are resealable. Great variety of sweet and savory. My favorites are the snickerdoodles, sour cream chive pretzels, and hemp gummies! Please keep them in stock!

Their products have few ingredients
Their products have few ingredients, no chemicals and taste really good. I didn't feel bloated after eating the cookies, that's a good sign. I expected less product for the price, but they surprised me.

Sneaky, unethical business
This is a horrible, sneaky business! If their snacks were so great, they wouldn't need to trick people with the offer of "free snacks" into paying a $30 annual membership fee year after year!
I signed up to try them, thought the snacks were oily, unhealthy and kinda gross and never ordered more. Unbeknownst to me, they started charging me $30 a year for a membership. Yes, totally my fault for not reading the fine print or checking my credit card statements closely enough, but still a despicable business practice.
So it turns out I paid $90 over 3 years for those (gross) "free snacks" before I caught their sneaky behavior and canceled my "membership" that I never wanted or used. They suck!
This is the response I got from this greedy, sneaky, unethical business: "Glad you were able to reach out and so sorry about the confusion regarding your billing. I can confirm you're still in an active annual membership with us. The membership will continue to be billed until cancelled. I hate to tell you about this but we can no longer refund membership fees that has already been billed to the account. I hope you understand and again, so sorry. Ideally, we'd like for our customers to let us know if they're not interested in keeping the account / paid membership before the renewal or as soon as they notice our charge in their bank statements."
RIGHT, that's why you TRICK them into signing up for a "paid membership" they don't know they have, hoping they will never notice while you laugh all the way to the bank. Here's a thought: make good snacks people want to buy and eat so you don't have to deceive consumers and rely on people not noticing a sneaky charge to make a living. SO SHADY!!!

Delicous food!
Everything I have tried from NatureBox I have enjoyed, something things more than others, but that is to be expected when trying new foods. Overall the experience was excellent, with lots of options to pick from. I got the less stress box, and while I can't say for certain if it made a difference, the snacks were tasty!
EDIT: I thought I should disclose that through my employment, I do get access to their membership for free.

I ordered some snacks from Naturebox and was very pleased with not only the shipping time, which was fast and easily tracked by their website, but with the quality of product I received. Myself and my husband each have unique needs when it comes to our snacks, I have a few food allergies and he had diabetes, and we were able to find snacks that met our needs and were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try new products from them, and heartily enjoy the ones we have already purchased.

Popcorn Rocks !
The creamy butter popcorn is so addicting. One bag is just not enough. The favors dance in your mouth and leave you with such a wonderful smile. I highly recommend this snack with 10 thumbs up !!!!

The Clarified Butter Popcorn is…
The Clarified Butter Popcorn is consistently delicious! We also tried the pistachio clusters for the first time and they are a wonderful snack. NatureBox's customer service is always responsive and quick to correct any issues I may have in my orders.
