Naylor Agility Avis 

The company has failed to honour a promise to replace my jump wings that have broken due to a design fault, which they admitted they are aware of. The foot of the jump snaps from the base, rendering the jump unusable. This occurred within less than a year of purchase. They started to replace some of them, with another version of the faulty product, then told me the whole set would be replaced with an improved product but have since reneged on this.

These jumps are marketed as a top quality, durable, performance product and retail for £169. They have now told everyone who has had a problem, and it is many, that unless the jump failed within six months of purchase, they will not be replacing them. I have plastic jumps purchased from other manufacturers that lasted years, up to 15, on one Adams Agility set and still going strong.

The Naylor jumps are not fit for purpose. My jumps broke falling over in the wind or even the wind just snapping the wing off the waited base. The expectation that expensive premium equipment should only last six months is unacceptable.

I do not recommend the jumps and would question whether you should buy anything from this company if this is their attitude towards customers and the faith they have in the longevity of their products.

I was foolish to leave my previous glowing review (November 2025) too soon after receiving my new agility tunnel.
The fact that our old Naylor tunnel it had been so tough and lasted so long - 10 years - gave me confidence in ordering the new one, but unfortunately after just a few months' use (in exactly the same place and under the same conditions as the previous one) it is already showing significant wear and damage and is clearly not going to last anything like as long.
I realised when I bought it that it was made differently and of different materials from the last one and I phoned Naylor to discuss that - they reassured me that the new versions were improved.
I'm therefore really disappointed that such an expensive purchase is actually and very visibly not as tough and long lasting as the old one.
Our dogs don't chew or abuse the tunnel, they just chase each other through it, and it's against a wall so that it can't move about much or scrape on the ground.
Already the outer fabric is wearing away from the end hoops and exposing them, and the casing on the supporting metal coil along the body of the tunnel is cracking, exposing the coil, which is rusting. I doubt it will make it through another year.
I contacted Naylor nearly a month ago to tell them about this and sent photographs clearly showing the damage, but I've had no response to the issues I've raised despite chasing. At £250 this tunnel was not a cheap purchase, and I'm so disappointed with the outcome.

A big shout out to Naylor/First Contact for exceptional customer service. I cannot fault this company for sorting out a problem with an item I purchased recently … from my initial email notifying them of an issue to it being resolved… I was kept informed at every stage and it was very clear they wanted to “make it right” and sort it out quickly for me… great service and great products!

The agility tunnel arrived safely and well packaged and the dogs love it!

I bought a tunnel and sand bags at Crufts. Delivery seemed to take a while but I am very pleased with the products. The sand bags in particular have a nice side opening to get the sand in and very strong velcro holding it closed.

Great kit, easy delivery and great customer service! Will be buying from you again and will also be recommending the company to all my dog training friends.

I have used the heavyweight full non slip tunnel, the material is great and the structure of the tunnel keeps a good shape. At the moment we are still awaiting delivery, missed delivery by 5 minutes on the 21st,rearranged for 28th but no delivery tried to collect on 29th only to be told its on one of 4 lorrys to be sorted out on a nught shift. Awaiting a phone call
