Quality or packaging of trimmings may need improvement
The shopping experience and tips on growing trimmings was great. I appreciate a physical catalog In my order.
One concern was that I paid for the overnight shipping but the shipment didn't arrive overnight. It was delayed a day. Not sure if this affected the quality of the trimmings because some arrived a bit mushy. Out of the 8 variants I ordered, 1 of them looked the most sad and only about 15 of the 100 trimmings actually survived.
I would like to continue to order in the future but I am a bit hesitant with this being my first experience.
I contacted them to see if they can help me out and am waiting for a response.

That my order wasn't complete , I was shorted on some and some of the ones I received were too small to handle.

Beautiful plants. One box had several broken. Very disappointed some was not at all like the picture. Very dissatisfied with the pagoda

Disastrous shipping/packing
Disastrous shipping/packing? Smashed, mushy, broken, dried seedlings. Not sure what went wrong or where but lost at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the order. Instead of replacing the order immediately, the company wants me to provide numbers of specific losses; so, I spent my weekend potting, trying to save and counting up the savable and unsavable plants. Not happy!

Many of the plants were smashed and…
Many of the plants were smashed and severely damaged and many of them have already died. The shipping company doesn't follow directions. It says clearly on the box "LIVE PLANTS" & " UP" with arrows showing which side up.
They placed our packages on end both times, instead of upright, and just threw them around!
We need to get refunded for the damaged plants! And please use better packaging to prevent damage to plants in the future!

Great quality
Plants came very quickly. Every tray looked healthy and had good root growth. I appreciate the good quality of the plugs. I really like that every tray is labeled, including every variety in a mixed tray. Some places don't do that and it limits what I buy from those places.

Wonderful customer service & fast shipping
Our mum plugs got pushed back a week due to crop delay. We had a vacation scheduled for the same week and 100+ degree temps here, so I called in and asked about shipping being waived. Shipping was covered and we are so grateful! It came a day or two after being shipped. The plugs and tags look great! Very excited to grow and sell them.

Received mum plugs healthy
Received mum plugs in time slot I chose. They were healthy but two trays were cripmed and some plugs were broken. But I called and got immediately resolution and a very nice person to help me out. Will purchase again from them.

3rd year ordering from them and the delivery is always good and on time. Plants do great and acclimate well after delivery. There was some damage from crushed plants this year. Hopefully they survive.
