A portion of our order was destroyed
A portion of our order was destroyed. It was delayed (which I understand) but when it arrived, several of the plants were upside down and virtually not usable. Others had dried out. We called and reported it.

Great experience
The people were great, helped me adjust my order and made sure it shipped on time. We received our plants quickly. They were packaged very well. Very few plants were displaced in the shipping. Out of the 900 plants we ordered we have less than 50 that don’t look great after up potting. Very excited to continue doing business with NC Farms.

Product arrive in good shape the right size. I probably should have ordered a couple weeks earlier. But I usually don't start selling at the farmer's markets till mid-june we'll try to order again in a few weeks. If the availability is still there.

Overall good experince
Everything in bigger plugs looks AMAZING! The trays of tomatoes in tiny plugs were in rough shape and even when transplanted to little pots the day of arrival a lot of them are not making it. Still for the cost I'm relatively happy.
