My package came at the time specified
My package came at the time specified. It was packaged well, but some of the cuttings were dried out. They were wrapped in a paper that I assume had been wet, but it wasn't wet when I opened it. Some of the stems were a little brown on the sweet potato vines.
They have since rootedand it worked out fine, but more care should have been taken when wrapping for shipment.

The strawberry plugs were damaged
The strawberry plugs were damaged. When we received the box, it looked like someone had shaken it so hard the plugs came out of their trays and dried out. 30-50% of them were unsalvagable. Other plants companies place a moist paper towel like fabric to fill the void between the plants and the cardboard to prevent this from happening.

I received the plants as was predicted…
I received the plants as was predicted by the shipping company. When I received my order the plants has some cold damage, but we trimmed the damage off. When I was asked to switch spiral Juncus, for blue arrow Juncus I said yes, but got festuca grass that I didn't want.

The plugs were in great shape with…
The plugs were in great shape with exception of two. The Noble blue calibrachoa was smashed one one end and plants looked damaged. We watered to see if they would recover but two rows were too far gone. Similarly with the lavender lantana but we only lost 1.5 rows of that.

Fantastic experience from the first call to order our 630 assorted coleus plants to delivery of them. They were careful to let us know when they would be delivered so we were able to be there to put them in the greenhouse. Five star experience!

Great quality
I always appreciate the quality of plants that come from NCFarms and the great packing job. I will say this is the 2nd yr in a row my coleus have been jumbled out of the ellepots and most of them damaged on 2 of 3 varieties. I don't blame the packers at all. I think it has something to do with the root system on coleus. Overall, highly satisfied, that's why I order every year for spring plants and mum plugs.
