I was not in believe with this story but is relevant to people

Wrong size shower curtain sent,the invoice says the sixe is ordered so I hung the curtain only to find it to small,on looking at the packet I find it was a smaller size, this is the second time they have supplied the wrong item, previous order they sent me a mouldy shower curtain, when I rang them I overheard an operator saying oh not her again, dreadful company.

I visited Cardiff store on many different occasions as I found my perfect tile but as they were expensive I needed to be sure.
The team were always helpful and answered my many questions.
I finally plucked up courage to order my
Tiles and spoke with Karl who again was really really helpful as I didn’t need these till April but he assured me that was absolutely fine.
Excellent service; excellent choice.

Bought some F&B paint. Turned up on time and well packaged in the official F&B paint. It was a decent price and I will always retry here for now on when I need anything like this.

Went to our local N&C Tile showroom in Swansea we liked tiles in showroom and when we went to order they we out of stock, so went home to look at website to see what other tiles then we found a similar tiler on the job lot page

N & C has a great choice of tiles and we buy from them quite frequently. However, on 3 October we were helped by George, Orpington showroom - his customer service was excellent. We talked through the style of tile we were looking for and he showed us several displays matching our style, then he laid out the large tiles we liked and brought over a couple of options to match. He was so helpful and a credit to N & C

Easy website to order products on and only had to wait a couple of days before paint was delivered

Had a tiling emergency and the team at Norwich N&C saved the day.
We had to change plans from wall panels to tiles at short due to circumstances beyond our control.
I took a picture of the wall panel in and James provided me with five options to take home for my wife to choose from. Once the boss had made her decision I popped back to the store and ordered the tiles of choice. We had very limited time to tie all aspects of our bathroom project together. N&C assured me the tiles I needed would be delivered in time for us.
I can't thank them enough.

Nothing was too much trouble for Jack who spent a long time with us whilst we were choosing the tiles for a new house.

Beautiful tiles like always , just delivery is expensive (24£) and whole pallet of rubbish to get rid off for the customer for 1sqm of tiles.

I had to phone N&C tiles to get some help in finding the tile match that I was looking for, what was available was not a 100% match, but I went for that as an acceptable compromise.
I would definitely use N&C tiles again
