Great service, order arrived within 10 days a week earlier than expected, with the option of pick up which made thing a lot easier. Nice friendly staff at Silverdale.

Very easy to order parts and did pick up next day from Silverdale warehouse. Very happy.

I was delighted you were able to get the right part for me and let me pick up from your depot. The staff were very helpful and said if I got home and found it wasn't right, I could return it with freepost.
Every time I had to look for a part (4 times!), it's been there on the site. I have received it in a speedy time span (about 2 days later). I will go to "Need A Part" whenever there's a need (lukewarm attempt at pun...I'll stop now).
Reasonably priced... still manage to pay bills afterwards.
Seriously though, it's my go to whenever I need a new remote!!
The communications between each other was awesum. And they sorted the part quickly and was delighted when it arrived so I didn't have to look at my broken one anymore.
