I had no issues with accessing or with the security of my trailer while it was on is property. I couldn't mention any reason a person would choose not to rent with him unless the price was out of budget. On that note, the monthly rate was fair.

I would 100% store our household items…
I would 100% store our household items with them again. It's awesome and gave us the peace of mind know that our items was safe and secure. They are so much cheaper than other places in Southern Utah. They have reply back to us really fast. You can't go wrong if you choose to store your items with them.

A good bet
Great communication, easy to work with, and nice 24/7 access. Move in was really easy. Lot is secure and the neighbors are vigilant. Safe bet for inexpensive storage!

BEWARE! Don't park here!
I parked my car in the garage for 2 months. When I returned on 5/28/26, my car battery was stolen and wires in the engine cut out by the alternator. Though the garage is only open during operation hours and there's a employee on site, they said they could not explain the theft/vandalism.
I had to pay for a battery and repair to the engine.
BEWARE AND NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOUR PARKING NEEDS ARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION/GARAGE!

Adriane is very helpful in accommodating special situations. I just needed a half a month or less and a somewhat discounted price and he did that for me. He also made himself available easily, for me to go visit the car when i might have need to.
He is a friendly and caring individual. And I appreciate him helping me out in my somewhat unusual situation. Very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this vendor on Neighbor.com.

I rented with Neighbor for 7 years. Everything was great. Mainly because I had no contact with Neighbor, and everything was conducted by messaging the owner of the space, via the app.
