Neighbor exceeded my expectations
My experience with Neighbor and the storage host in Nashville, TN, was awesome. I rented from November 2022 to April 2026. My vehicle required a 20x10 ft space — comparable spaces at traditional storage facilities were substantially more expensive. Neighbor's platform, customer service, and terms create a win/win for all involved. Their platform was new to me prior to the online searches that led me to an ungettable 40 months of rental. I would definitely recommend Neighbor to anyone needing temporary or long-term rental.

Great and safe outdoor storage for unconventional items
We needed an unconventional storage for two 16 feet kayaks that was close to where we lived. This space worked out very well, being SPACIOUS, SAFE and having FLEXIBLE access. We used the space for two years.
The owner was always very kind to let us take and return the kayaks.
We cancelled the storage rental because we moved out from the area.
I would highly recommend this space for anyone, including friends and family.
