At a difficult time for us , the people at Neo Cremations were totally supportive and approachable. They kept me updated at every stage and delivered exactly what we wanted. For us, a simple cremation without all the ceremony, was exactly what we wanted- we can celebrate my Dad’s life in our own way and create more positive memories without a traditional service. I have used Neo cremations to help arrange my Father`s cremation. Very effective, fast service with superb customer service. They really made these difficult times much easier. I was amazed by the ease of the whole process, arranged the services online and received my Father`s remains in a 100% biodegradable urn in a couple of weeks. I do love the whole concept of making a funeral Eco-friendly and sustainable from the beginning of the process to the very end. It is much better than conventional funerals both Ecologically and Economically (considerably cheaper). Despite of everything being arranged online, by the customer service provided they make sure the whole process stays personal. Carbon neutral and they work with tree planting charities. A truly committed company to change the funeral industry into a sustainable one that does`t cost the Earth. Highly recommended.

It was a difficult time complicated by the pandemic and Benjamin was very helpful.

Benjamin and his team exceeded our exceptions with their efficient, supportive and above all sympathetic service. My family loved the idea of planting trees to offset the carbon and the beautiful photo of the highland setting where a tree has been planted for my mother was very comforting at a difficult time. What a great way to say goodbye by planting trees. It makes so much sense and I am not sure why we didn’t think about this before. At a time when this was the last thing I wanted to arrange, Neo Cremations really did guide me through each step with care and compassion - I had so many questions, they were so patient and I can't thank them enough. After the cremation they created a Facebook memorial page, which is something I wouldn't have thought of, and now there's somewhere where family and friends have shared memories and photos. We used it during the memorial service, which was a really nice touch
