Awful quality items so returned
Awful quality items so returned, have not received a refund and they are ignoring my emails/contact form requests for a refund. Branded as sustainable but quality of clothes are awful.

didn’t receive item
Parcel wasn’t delivered safely by Royal Mail so I haven’t received item as it was subsequently stolen. Customer service have done nothing to help ans have just said “Royal Mail can hopefully help” despite me not having a contract with royal mail

Beautiful top but Neon Rose should offer better options for plus sized customers
I love the top I purchased but it was the last size available in plus size and It's frustrating that the larger sized clothes seem to often sell out more quickly (and the range is far smaller than the main range)

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. I returned a dress and Neon Rose said they wouldn’t provide a refund as the dress had makeup on it, but I received the dress this way! They then ignored my emails and kept the dress while still charging me. Shocking customer service! Do not shop here.

Fab company, always get my deliveries, all items there, easy returns process, plant trees for each purchase. I get so many compliments on the clothing from here too. Sometimes sizes are a bit off so you just return and go up or down a size if it’s in stock :)

Speedy shipping and amazing quality
The clothes i ordered are lovely and of great quality! I ordered on a Thursday, and my order was shipped out the same day and in my hands on the Saturday! super happy with my order and will be purchasing again

Order never arrived and no refund yet
Ordered quite a few items but they never arrived. I did contact Neon Rose to inform them but I have yet to receive a refund. I am still waiting to hear back from them and its been almost one month.
