Neon Vibes® Avis

Had a beautiful sign at a fair price from the beginning. But, 2 years later started having problems. Now, it wasnt this companies duty to replace anything and I didnt expect that. I was simply asking what do I need to buy. No hesitation, zero, they sent a replacement part next day. 2 years after I bought the original sign. Its so so rare that any company care that much nowadays. Blown away by that. Unreal, i wouldn't buy a neon sign anywhere else at any cost.

I wanted a custom sign made for my husband, I couldn't have asked for a better company to make it!
From beginning to end, a quote was received, tweaked a few things, and everything was clear and concise from the very beginning.
Full breakdown of costs and any extras that I might require.
I've now received my order and it's even better than I could have hoped for! Extremely well packaged and I can't wait to see my husband's reaction when he sees it! Would highly recommend this company!

Outstanding customer service!. The best I've ever experienced. Had a few hiccups, BUT these guys are prompt and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. highly recommend

Very professional, was open to back and forth on designs, sizing and mounting options. Always responsive and helpful with the issues we ran into. I forgot to review after order arrival, came back after recommending neonvibes to another brand!

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a sign completed now and there always the best in providing a fantastic product. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. Love my new sign an it was made perfect. New one go next year once I can source the correct image

NeonVibes are awesome
From idea to creation to delivery in around a week before Xmas and it was on my way ready for a business posting to end the new year. Honestly the sign was just an idea, but these guys brought it to life! Thank you so much

Excellent product with first class service & support.
Would Definitely Recommend.

so happy with my neon sign! the timings were exact, i was expecting it in 3-4 weeks and it arrived on time, amazing quality and looks great! thank you!

Easy to create your own piece of neon art. Great quality.

Fabulous experience, and light! So pleased I made this purchase, I was very worried it would make that buzzing sound but nope it’s perfect!

Mick was a fantastic support. We loved the lights

Fantastic service, efficient and the sign was made to a very high standard. Wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks so much 🙏🏽

Really good communication and fast delivery. Sign looks great and well made.

Absolutely delighted with my Rangers crest design 👌 these people are unbelievable 🇬🇧 have already procured 3 more for the house.

We have used Neon Vibes for a few custom neons now and they're always spot on! Very quick and helpful communication, top quality products and fair pricing.

Great response to messages, so helpful and a fantastic team from the design stages to creating the signs themselves. Always a pleasure placing an order with you! Super reliable, highly recommend 🫶🏼

Swift service, well packaged and we absolutely LOVE our piece! Would definitely buy from this company again. And the fact that pieces are made in the UK is one of the reasons we purchased. I’ve given 5 stars as I can’t fault the piece but would have been helpful to have had some instructions for wall mounting. We got some sticky mounts in the box which we decided not to use because of the size of our piece so ended up using screws which seemed to work.

Great company to work with quick and efficient communication and great turnaround times.

I ordered a sign from them in April. The sign is brilliant. There were some issues with the courier completely out of Neon Vibes hands but they was very responsive to calls and emails to ensure that I received the sign.
