Hi Jo,
Thanks so much for your great review, it really means a lot when our customers take the time to tell us how we're doing. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
We'd love it if you sent us photos of your sign in all it's glory, you might even get featured on our website's inspiration page!
All the best,
Lauren
Excellent experience
I spent a good couple weeks doing my research and deciding between companies before I finally settled on Neon Vibes. Despite being a more expensive company (although I received a generous discount for the final price) I loved the mock up designs they originally gave me. Ailena who I emailed most was super helpful in answering all my questions as I'm a very particular person. Very happy with the service and communication throughout the whole process. Only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the colour projects a little different to how I imagined it would based on the mock up image but I'm still pretty happy.

Hi Gabriella,
Thank you for taking the time to post your review, it really matters to us to get our customers feedback,so we can improve our service.
I'm glad that we worked through this with you until you were confident enough to place your order.
The issue with the colour is difficult to resolve, as the visuals and mock drawings are just that, we can't replicate the shades precisely, and they can differ too, depending on the device used to view them.
I'll look into adding a note to this effect on our quotes going forward though.
Loved the photos you sent of it installed too, thank you!
Best
