The positives - the house completed BUT there was a lack of communication throughout with some apparent delays in getting information that we needed to action to us. Their terms of business are that outgoings are settled within 5 working days (missed that part) so being chased by our Estate Agent the Thursday after the house completed is technically correct for NERO but not a pleasant thing. The mortgage also wasn't cleared until 2 working days after completion, again technically correct and an awful lot of money to hold in their account... A completely different experience using NERO over other Solicitors we have used and the last time for us.
