Avoid at all costs

Ive had a nightmare experience with Nesstar Ltd. Their customer service is incredibly irresponsible, unhelpful and rude.

They failed to deliver as promised on the next day and failed again the day after that. When I raised the issue, they hid behind 'estimated windows' to avoid taking any responsibility for their couriers failure. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to threaten me with additional charges if a return collection failed despite their own track record of incompetence.

A total bunch of timewasters who show zero respect for their customers time or earnings.

Gun metal sink coating peeled off after leaving a pan in it for about an hour. Appalling customer service, extremely dismissive and no advice offered to restore the coating. I would avoid this company. The lack of empathy shows what type of company this is. Avoid at all costs!

Good service with no issues

Just bought an Frankie sink and tap. No issues, Order came next day, haven't fitted yet but inspected and everything in good order. Seen reviews that are negative and all seem to use third party suppliers. I bought direct, and it was cheaper than Amazon and B&Q etc

Very poor customer service brought a…

Very poor customer service brought a black sink strainer waste and after 6 months the black coating has came off you can literally rub it off with your fingers , called Nesstar with proof of purchase and sent in pictures , then they emailed then emailed to ask when was it fitted , then a further email today now fobbing me saying they have to contact the manufacturer , I didn't expect to be treated like this by Nesstar after all its only a faulty sink strainer ! So be careful when buying from this company they are not happy dealing with their faulty items !.

Review for Nesstar who I purchased the Liquida ELGS15WH sink from online.
Its such a lovely looking sink, reminds me of a bar of chocolate with its rounded edges. Perfect to go with my gloss kitchen cabinets. I was looking for ages and as soon as I saw it knew it was for me. Its a perfect hard-wearing modern alternative for a Belfast sink, deep enough to do hand washing and larger pots its more robust than a ceramic sink but simular glossy look and feel.

Their website was easy to navigate with plenty of photos and suggestions. It was at a better price on Nesstar than Ebay or other retailers.

It was delivered promptly and came very securely packaged with all the bits and pieces, including instructions for the plumber.

One very happy customer. Great customer service thanks.

Excellent service even with customer error

I'm not a reviewer in general but can't honestly thank these enough. I ordered a sink and tap bundle for our kitchen on a Saturday. Then realised later on I hadn't countered for the tap placement. I sent them an email explaining my error they instantly cancelled my order and refunded. I found a sink unit that would fit and ordered it Monday Am and was delivered the very next day. All packaging was great and protected. Absolutely no complaints and a fantastic company to deal with thank you

Bad products and worse customer service

I ordered a sink and a drainage kit of Nesstar through another site and have had a terrible experience.
First the drainage kit is plastic where the description is stainless steel.
But they sent the wrong sink. I had to return that one and reorder a new one. But they didn't apply the same discount on the second one (due to buying multiple products.
They refuse to honour the multi-buy code and said I should have called them to arrange a straight swap. I actually did call them and that left voicemail but they never came back to me.
Person on their customer service chat is awful.
I did attempt to call (multiple times and left a voicemail) but they did not answer or return any of my messages and then blamed me for not calling them.

The order from yourself was placed via Amazon.
We offer our apologies for the picking error and an y inconvenience caused. Had we been notified and allowed time, we would have happily arranged to exchange the item which would have had no financial impact to yourself.
As you chose to re-order a new sink and opt for a refund on the original sink, this took the situation out of our hands. The discount on your original order being a personal offer from Amazon and as you re-ordered via Amazon, we cannot input any discounts or amend the pricing.

return policy unacceptable

product arrived fine via amazon, sink was not suitable so returned the next day unused and packaged as it arrived.
The return policy says about the products being returned in the same condition which mine was. when it arrived or when at the warehouse the corner was damaged (either by courier or themselves when unloading) due to this they would not refund me and they said it was because it was not their courier used for the return. Evri was the only option given to me when doing the return and surely if they are using amazon then they should state they only want the couriers they use for their returns. I find this reason not acceptable and my only answer was take it up with amazon. I will not shop with this company again as basically they have taken £140.00 from me and they have the sink back also

Upon reviewing the details, I can see that we reported the damage to yourself, providing images and advising that the damage seemed to have occurred in transit back to us.
Our policy does state for all returns to be sent back in the same condition in which they were received which is why we also advise to check the goods prior to return and advise us if there is any damage or issues at this point.
As a return case was opened with Amazon, it is Amazon that send the automated response and return label to the customer. We hold no contract with Evri and do not use them for any operations within our business. Whilst I acknowledge and understand your comments regarding the courier options upon return request, it is sadly, not as simple as this. We are not able to change this process with Amazon despite many discussions with them.
As advised, we were more than happy to assist with any claims where we can as we accept the damage is also through no fault of the customer however, we do hope you can appreciate that it is also unfair for us to lose money through no fault of our own either. As you are the customer and the label was provided to yourself, you can look to seek reimbursement from Amazon or Evri. As we have no input in the return service, we cannot claim funds back from anywhere.

Absolutely appalling

Edit. We are now another week on and still no replacement arrived !!!!! 3rd Feb 2026

Absolutely appalling. Bought a boiler tap from this company that failed after only a few weeks of being installed. It took over six weeks to get a replacement but when it arrived it was only the tap. It is not the tap that is at fault it’s the boiler !!! They have been told this on a number of occasions.
Today the replacement tap was fitted and surprisingly it has not rectified the issue of no hot water. We call back to them to be told that warranty is with manufacturer not them and they will send the information over to them. Well having looked into this the warranty is with the supplier so Nesstar get your act together and get a full replacement out to us plus a 50% refund to cover some of the plumber costs.
EDIT
The length of time is how long we have been without a tap which is now 7 weeks WE HAD TO GET A PLUMBER IN TO CARRY OUT THE CHECKS TO DO ON THE TAP BEFORE WE CAN REPORT IT. THE TAP FAILED PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS

I am very sorry to hear you have had an unsatisfactory experience with our company. Upon reviewing the details I can see that your original point of contact to report an issue with your item was 07/01/2026 and therefore, I am a little confused regarding your comment that it has taken 6 weeks to get a replacement item to you?
I can that a tap was sent to yourself in error by the manufacturers rather than the tank and for this I offer my sincerest apologies. I understand the frustration behind this and this has been raised with the agent dealing with your warranty claim however, I do hope you can appreciate that these mistakes can happen, although rare.
Upon reporting the error of the incorrect part sent, this was dealt with and passed over to get it resolved as quickly as possible and I can see that the replacement tank has been sent and should now be with you.
I do acknowledge a slightly larger delay than what we would usually like in these circumstances and this will be looked into internally for future reference. We aim to provide quick and efficient resolutions on the rare occasion that an issue is presented. I can see that all your messages were responded to in a timely manner however, there was a slight gap in updates, which after investigation seems to be a technical issue with emails.
Again, I am sorry that you have not been satisfied with the item or service provided and we will always endeavour to improve.

Poor quality product and appalling refund policy

The kitchen tap was of very poor quality and was leaking when my plumber was testing it during installation. One connector was made of poor quality plastic and was leaking. It created a lot of hassle as I had to get another tap quickly so that my plumber can finish his job. To add insult to injury when i requested a product return only one day after the tap was delivered, Nesstar wanted a video and proof of leakage in order to ask manufacturer to collect it and refund is dependent on manufacturer confirming product is faulty. So beware of buying from this supplier, as its return policy is appalling, not complying with the legal customer right in the UK and product is of poor quality.

We are very sorry to hear of the faulty item. This is not an experience we want our customers to have and take great pride in investigating the issues and providing a suitable and efficient resolution.
Whilst we acknowledge the frustration of a faulty product, we do also reserve the right to request additional information to support the issue raised. In some instances, we can find that issues can be the result of products being installed incorrectly and this is why we ask for images/videos so that they can be assessed by the manufacturers to ensure there is not a simple resolution, avoiding any unnecessary actions or cost implications.
I am sorry you feel unsatisfied with the way your case was handled however, we do feel we offered timely responses and was endeavouring to get a speedy resolution for yourself upon receipt of the requested information.
I can see the item was returned to us and a refund has been issued.

Awful service and communication

Awful service and communication. Refusing to refund until something I haven’t received is returned by courier to them. 3 weeks so far. No initial despatch notification and now bombarded with FedEx emails who you can’t contact easily. No proactive communication from Nesstar and their customer service clearly can’t be arsed. Won’t use again.

I am sorry to hear of the dissatisfaction with the service received. The correspondence has been reviewed and I do understand where your frustrations lie. However, I can see the customer service agent provided timely responses, provided information that was available regarding the delivery along with processes.
Sadly, as the item was still showing out for delivery, we do have to await confirmation of the return before we can process a refund. We acknowledge this is through no fault of your own but we do have policies and procedures in place that we must follow.

Refund now obtained Poor quality and disgusting service

Edit- I can confirm a refund has now been issued. I understand this a manufacturer issue and they have agreed to compensate the supplier who in turn has agreed to my refund.

Poor customer service, disgraceful product. Sink is poor quality and awful. Refused a refund and delayed responses. Will never buy from here again.

Ordered a nickel silver boiling water…

Ordered a nickel silver boiling water tap.
They delivered a black one.

Installed tap...tap leaked every time the boiler heated up the reservoir tank.

Nesstar took three weeks to get a response to me and only then because I chased them.

Can't recommend

Extremely disappointed

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent order, which has resulted in significant financial loss and undue inconvenience. The series of failures on this company's part has been completely unacceptable.
The issue began with my order for a £130 composite sink. Upon its arrival, I checked the color and, finding it to be grey, assumed the product was correct. As I have no experience in what composite looks or feels like. I then scheduled a plumber to carry out the installation.
Upon his arrival and after removing my old sink, the plumber immediately noticed that the item sent was plastic, not composite. He confirmed that it was the wrong product, a much cheaper item, seemingly a £90 version from this company's own product line. The barcode on the delivered box did not match the product inside. This error left me in a desperate situation, as my old sink had already been removed and taken away.
In a state of urgency, I contacted what I thought was Amazon customer service, only to be redirected to the company as a third-party seller. With a plumber on site and no sink, I was forced to reorder the item, paying for next-day delivery in the hope that the correct product would finally arrive. I did so with the expectation that the refund and exchange for the incorrect item would be handled promptly.
The costs of this error is compounded as will be billed for a second visit from the plumber, a direct consequence of the company's shipping mistake. When I submitted the invoice for this unnecessary expense, they refused to pay it, despite being their error being the root cause of the issue. As a result, I am now personally burdened with paying £280 in plumber fees to fit a £130 sink—more than double the product's value.
The problems did not end there. The second delivery, was for next day delivery but never showed up. I was home all day waiting, and monitoring my Ring doorbell which showed no attempted delivery. The only communication I received was a notification stating "Eveu stating they encountered a problem." This second failure left me with a non-functional kitchen for yet another day.
I have lost all faith in this company. The combination of shipping the wrong product, failing to take responsibility for the resulting financial costs, and then failing on the second delivery is frankly appalling. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, including a full refund for the original product and compensation for the unnecessary plumber fees caused by this company's negligence. I still don't have a sink!

I can see we accepted responsibility for the initial issue of the incorrect sink being sent and fully understand your frustration however, I hope you can appreciate this is simply human error and we did look to offer a swift resolution. As you had already re-purchased the item via Amazon, our offer to collect and replace the item within 24hrs was refused. At the time of your order, we were using the Amazon easy ship programme and all deliveries went through Evri, arranged by Amazon, not ourselves. We sadly, had no control over these deliveries. Although I appreciate, it does not resolve your issue, we have now stopped using the Amazon easy ship programme due to these issues.

​I couldn't be happier with my recent purchase of a Franke kitchen sink from Nesstar Ltd. From the moment I placed the order to delivery, the experience was fantastic.
​The sink itself is a thing of beauty. The quality is exceptional, with a sleek matte black surface that perfectly complements my kitchen. It feels incredibly durable and well-made. It's clear that this is a product built to last.
​The delivery was just as impressive. The sink arrived much faster than expected.

Good company, terrible delivery company

We had a sink delivered which was damaged and after contacting the company they sent a replacement with no hassle.
This should have been the end of the problem but was only the start!
They use a parcel delivery company with a rating on Google of 1.2 out of 5.
The replacement sink was dispatched straight away, the delivery company put it out for delivery and brought it back to the depot marked not delivered and not attempted. Same thing the next day.
On the second day I called the delivery companies customer services who stated it would definitely be delivered that never happened!
I contacted nesstaar who arranged for me to collect it , I did a 1 5 hour round trip and yes the delivery company did not have the parcel!
This was now Saturday.
Monday was the bank Holiday after several messages with nesstaar I agreed to wait another day for the parcel to actually move from the depot which of course it did not.
Nesstaar then agreed to send yet another sink on a before 1 delivery which arrived the next day.
The support from nesstaar was great, my experience is they simply don't have a reliable parcel delivery company which let's down a good company
The sink now fitted is perfect and of good quality.

Poor Quality Products, Buy at Your Own Risk!

Avoid this company unless you’re happy to gamble with your hard-earned money. The products are cheap in every sense flimsy, poor quality and clearly prone to damage. If you’re not happy with what you receive YOU have to pay to send it back, even if it arrives damaged.
Save yourself the headache, spend your money with a supplier that actually cares about quality and their customers.

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the item or the service provided. I have reviewed the correspondence and I can see that the reason for return was due to the quality not being what you hoped for. We do provide an extensive breakdown on the adverts for the materials used in our sinks and sell a vast amount of this particular model in question. As the return reason is due to a personal preference on material, this would be considered a buyer remorse and yes, in this instance the return is liable with the customer and this is stated in our terms and conditions and return policy. There was no mention of any damage within your messages. Of course, if an item arrives with a customer damaged, this is our responsibility to resolve and at our cost. We would not expect a customer to pay to return a damaged product.

Avoid This Company at All Costs!

I purchased a composite material sink from this seller and returned it immediately because I decided to get a granite sink instead. Nearly a week later, they informed me that the returned sink was “damaged” on return and refused to process my refund. I ended loosing the cost of the good and return postage too.

Their so called customer service is unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unwilling to resolve the issue. I strongly suspect this is not an isolated incident and that other customers may have experienced the same.

Contact was made direct to yourself as soon as the item was returned and the damage identified. The return was arranged by yourself with a carrier of your choice, therefore have no control of the time taken for the goods to be returned to us.

As per our return policy, we do advise, if goods are returned to us in a damage condition, we may not be able to issue a refund. Due to this, we do advise to thoroughly check the goods prior to return to ensure there is no damage already present and then to also insure the goods with the courier of your choosing. If a customer chooses to not do this, we cannot be held liable.

As advised direct to yourself, a 50% refund was issued on your order so that you were not at a full loss of the item.
