Horrifying experience. They don't refund your deposit
They don't refund your deposit. While moving in, I signed a contract for 6 months. They told me to vacate in 3 months with a 10 days notice. I vacated on their emergency notice and they promised to refund my deposit in 4 working days. It's been 2 months and I am still chasing them. Also they put some lame damages on me which I didn't do. They gave me a completely empty unfurnished house with no curtains, no geyser, no rods, nothing. And they have charged 13000 as damages for missing rods and things they didn't give.
Overall, a very bad experience. No proper grounding, electric shocks in bathroom taps. Kitchen sink doesn't have a proper drain. Water is very thin from taps. Broken wardrobes with no lock or key. Bathroom ceiling had cracks with water leakage in rainy days.

Biggest scam
Biggest scam, they will do fake inspections and then don't refund your security deposit. I was staying in smondoville apartment in Bangalore and while moving out they charged me 8000 extra and now not refunding my security deposit also. I am taking the legal action on them, can't let them cheat many more people

I have a great experience with NestAway. The best part out of this is I got this place in zero deposit . The place is nice ,amenities nearby is nice and house is secured . It’s an independent house no disturbance from landlord and neighbors..

Disgusting and Disastrous.
India is still underrated due to " cheap" companies like Nestaway.

One of the worst service provider for…
One of the worst service provider for owners. I believe same will be for tenants as well, after looking at their behaviour from one side. Their internal attrition cost me 4 months for no good. No one responds after many follow-up. They are not even 1 star company.
