Worst company, worst people. They are the scammers. They will cut unnecessary charges from your deposit, and when asked for the explanation they will simply disappear. Stay away from Nestaway.

Please stay away from these guys. Highly unprofessional. They dont know how to treat customers.
Number of issues, false promises and overall extremely impolite with customers. Once you are in, they will show you their real colors. I cant wait to get out of here. Useless company. Save your money .. especially the unit in pune. Utterly incompetent.

I vacated my E1, Shradha Heights property on June 2nd, handing keys to Nestway's area manager, Hemanth. He confirmed the deposit refund within 7-10 days after inspection, noting minor fixes and functional appliances. Despite this, I have not received the refund, nor adequate responses to my two refund tickets. 🏠💰⚖️

Don't ever opt any building from nestaway they will ask extra money once you shift management is abusive and worst i will rate zero star

My experience with Nestaway has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I vacated the flat on 15 June, handed over the keys to the broker, and cleared all my dues, including rent, electricity, and water bills. Despite this, my move-out date kept getting revised by Nestaway without my consent, and I was later presented with a settlement report where almost my entire ₹29,000 security deposit was deducted.

The most shocking part was the ₹22,000 repair and maintenance charge. I stayed in the flat for only six months and maintained it very well. There were no broken fittings, no damage, no scratches on the walls, and nothing that could reasonably justify such an enormous deduction. Even after requesting a detailed breakup, inspection photographs, invoices, and the contractual basis for these charges, I am still awaiting a satisfactory explanation.
To make matters worse, the owner was copied on all these communications and has not objected to or questioned these deductions. As a tenant, it feels like both the platform and the owner are allowing these excessive charges to stand without providing adequate evidence.
This experience has left me feeling that the security deposit system is unfair and heavily tilted against tenants. If you are considering renting through Nestaway, be extremely careful. Document every inch of the property with photos and videos during move-in and move-out, keep every payment receipt, and insist on written confirmation for everything.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nestaway to anyone. I hope they improve their transparency, fairness, and accountability in handling tenants' security deposits.

Your security deposit is not safe here. Deductions are made unfairly, and maintenance charges are significantly higher than market rates. Would suggest whoever is moving to these property take everything in written and capture video for everything while moving in.

Very bad experience I had with Nestaway I lost my 20k of deposit money and extra they are asking for maintenance. I had a very worst experience while move out. I management is very bad in handling inspection and returning back the customers deposit amount. I would never recommend this website for anyone . Very very bad experience. Lost of deposit money.

Myself Shivangi Singhal and I rented an apartment in noida sec 135 with society name Today's home ridge residency. The broker name was Binod. When I saw flat and all the things he tell me to sign the paper in which all the things were written but broker "binod" didn't let me read this. He said it's just formalities nothing to do with your flat. He even took that paper in his hand and let me sign forcefully. I signed and came to the apartment. The girls who lived there were alcoholic, smoker and do bad works in the apartment. So I tell Binod to give me another apartment, I can't stay there. He denied and said I can't empty the flat before 6 months notice period served. I said but you didn't let me know this earlier. He denied and didn't pick the call at the end. I even was harrass in that flat by one of their company employee.
Then I contacted there senior person Ravi Yadav "neech or ghatiya MC insan". He crossed all his limits and give me false hope that my money will get refunded. Bloody rascals running a Spam Company, don't ever go to this website to rent a house

I usually write long reviews, but their internal system has completely drained my energy. Its a predatory service that has zero care or accountability for the service they are providing. Pathetic condition of most of the places, zero accountability, absolute criminal when it comes to cutting from your deposit. Yes, it looks affordable, but trust me, stay away from this pathetic excuse of a company.

Extremely poor experience with Nestaway. Security deposit refund was delayed, and even then, unfair charges were deducted for cleaning, AC maintenance, and utilities that were already paid.

Customer care and the owner kept blaming each other, with no accountability or resolution. This caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.

Highly unprofessional service—be very cautious before trusting Nestaway, especially with your deposit.

Horrible experience.

They are only responsive till you visit the flat. After you show interest, they will refuse to answer your calls and leave you hanging midway.

They booked a wrong flat. Had to call 50 times to get it changed to the right flat.
The broker forgot to get the keys despite reminding him twice.
The rent agreement was not made on the move-in date. Said would have a 2-3 day delay.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN

I've stayed with these guys for a year(almost forced to) have paid over 80k just as brokerage (or whatever service fee they charge) an absolute bunch of incompetent people pretending to be running a company. A accurate discription of nestaway would be a scam call center.nothing that they say can be trusted.Their area head named banu is a liar and a crook of the highest order he constantly goes back on the promises that he makes and is a rowdy when confronted.

Despite multiple follow ups, the responses I received were inconsistent and lacked clarity. There was a noticeable absence of timely communication and professionalism, which are basic expectations from any service provider. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these standards.

Pathetic experience. They dont give your security deposit back and also add extra charges in the name of bogus fixes. They will even do house inspection without your approval and keep pushing it so that you arent available during the same. the 15k onboarding charge i paid them is worthless

The worst service I ever get from any platform , This company is having 2.3 star rating on which they are adhering also , While moving in already complete security deposit has been given and the same has been signed on agreement , after two year 5000 has been added with rent to pay security deposit as this is difference amount after increment on rent amount , without prior information or notice , This is complete nonsense , signing on legal document after that also it's happening , Then after every delayed payment by one day also Rs100 is being getting charged In feb it's 28days , Till 5th day of every month there is time complete the payment however 5000 has been added directly with rent . It's complete scam the company is running , and the worst customer service people they have hired , and pathetic operations back support team , it's been 5-6 days nor a single resolution I have received yet , Like a parrot every agent states the same thing , for 24-48hrs i need to wait .
