Hello all,
I would highly recommend to not use Nestaway agency as they are very unresponsive towards customer's queries. One the contract is signed, no one cares to even answer your queries. I had a terrible experience with this agency and want you all to learn from my experience. They no nothing about customer satisfaction.

We were about to shift to Bangalore in November 2021.
Our area manager showed us few apartments on call, shared some videos.
We got a fully furnished 2BHK in affordable price.
While shifting NestAway area manager did get the flat cleaned and required amenities ready for us.
The added benefit of renting a flat from NestAway in cities like Bangalore is you don’t have to pay a hefty amount as advance to the owner and you don’t have to worry about that amount while leaving the flat.

Easy website to find a house to rent, people will be very welcoming during onboarding to make sure u get into nestaway quickly.

It's good for people who shifts to new cities

Am staying at Nestaway apartment for almost an year, so when I moved to Bengaluru post-lockdown, it was quiet difficult for me to find a house which is near my office, but i found my place in Nestaway. The place is really clean and quiet. The process of paying rent is also an easy process via Nestaway app.

I wish there were negative stars. Worst service. They have charged from my deposit things that was never even provided in the flat to begin with. Not only you don't get response from customer service, they are arrogant when you get a chance to talk to them. Thankfully as an owner I did not give my flat to be managed by them. As a tenant, I recommend everyone not to take their services. While you find the deposit to be low, be pretty much sure you are not going to get it back. One rather pay higher deposit and get money back than pay low deposit get nothing back.
