I have purchased both Battery and EV Charger. The advice and service provided have both been excellent. Also I have followed up with questions and found that the after service is also of an excellent standard.

Net-Eco have been a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. We wanted to give the business to a local company and Brad’s knowledge about red tape, system options and creating the most cost effective solution for us immediately gave us confidence. His down to earth, friendly manner means he is very approachable with any query at any point, both before and after the system has been installed. The whole team were a pleasure to have around. They were tidy, professional and friendly. They all worked extremely hard in high heatwave conditions. Really enjoyed chatting to them all, especially electricians-Ben, Tom and Alfie who were inside more. Huge thanks to everyone. Net-Eco were recommended to me by a friend as a one stop specialist battery, solar panel, and EV charger installer and I can see why: their technical knowledge, practical guidance, customer service, and value for money were simply fantastic.

Everything from the initial survey, conducted by Brad, to the actual installation, undertaken by Charlie, went really smoothly and we're delighted with the outcome.

We weren't oversold, and now have an affordable and tailored energy solution to both front up to climate change and to help us beat down the cost of energy.

My initial contact with Net-Eco was an enquiry about removing our 16 year old solar panels to allow us to carry out roof repairs. Brad was totally customer focused, fully understood what we needed, and explained lots of different options to maximise our energy requirements as we now have electric vehicles and an air source heat pump.
His in-depth technical knowledge and ability to explain it practically, and a really detailed proposal helped us make the decision to upgrade all the panels and install a battery.
He also came back to carry out a second site visit and discuss the best options for where the equipment would go, what it would look like, and also time frames.
The installation team have been outstanding. In very challenging heat wave conditions the scaffolders did an outstanding job, taking great care of our new render and the garden. Even when the poles were too hot to handle they worked around it by spraying with water so they could get the work done ready for the installation.
The technical team too were great. Ben, the electrician was incredibly diligent, and was very tidy and made sure the end result was to his high standard as if it was his own, and stayed late on the final day to make sure it was all up and running.
Dan and Dave were a a great team, again working in 35 °C heat, didn’t stop to make sure it was finished on time to get the panels working by the end of the second day.
The workmanship has been exceptional, and the customer service throughout has been reassuring, available and I am so glad we went with a local firm.
Brad has also scheduled a follow up visit once we’ve got used to how the new install has impacted our energy usage so that he can explain how to maximise our savings and best use the panels, the battery and cheap night time tariffs.
We also did some costings research and they were also very competitive compared to large national companies. We can already tell that our panels and batteries will have paid for themselves much sooner than the conservative estimate.

A very professional installation. I spoke to a few of the national companies but they were nowhere near as invested. Net-Eco returned all my calls and no hard sell. A very knowledgeable team, and a local company too.

While some companies just pop figures into a laptop and come up with a solution, we had a discussion with Brad that covered all the different options and he was very knowledgeable beyond just solar energy. Net-Eco installed a battery storage system into our property. From first contact to completing the work they were very efficient, professional and honest. We discussed having solar panels fitted as well but were advised that due to the angles on our roof it wouldn't be beneficial considering the cost. Most companies would have no doubt fitted them regardless. Everything was fully explained throughout the process, the installation was completed very quickly and the job was very neat and tidy. We are glad we decided to choose Net-Eco and definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having either solar and/or battery storage fitted.
