This company is legit and has absolutely amazing service! There was an issue with shipping prices due to tariffs and I was personally contacted by the CEO of this company to find a solution around this issue so I wouldn’t have to pay the high shipping price. Within a few weeks, the issue was resolved and the dress was delivered! I am super satisfied with my experience and very grateful to this company for their service.

To charge for shipping for delivery and return to Italy for $80 is ridiculous and we when an item didn’t fit. We will never shop in his site again and do not recommend it to anyone!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m so sorry you are disappointed with our service.
David, please check your refund. We did NOT charge $80 for the delivery and return to Italy. We only charged a total of $60 to cover the shipping from Italy to the USA and then from the USA back to Italy. I confirm that that only $60 was deducted from the total order. This is not something we make money on, and barely covers the actual cost of the shipments. We also do not charge our customers and return VAT that we incur on return shipments back to Italy.
I appreciate your checking the amount refunded to your card to confirm that only $60 was deducted from the total to cover the cost of two shipments.
