Thank you for taking the time to submit this review. Due to the high value of the order, U.S customs requested your social security number prior to releasing the package to you. The fact that you were unable to provide a SSN number resulted in the dress being shipped back to Dubai to the retail partner from whom it was dispatched. We refunded you the FULL amount of the order - exactly what you paid - without deducting any fees, charges or shipping costs - even though these were charged to our account by DHL. (Please refer to the documents provided by our payment processor in the email sent to you on 4/8/2024). I am sorry that you were unable to receive your dress and trust you understand that this situation was totally beyond our control.

My experience was 5 star from beginning to end. Netdressed followed my package and stayed in touch with me until the dress was hanging in my closet! I am shopping for a weeklong wedding event in a different climate so to have a choice of worldwide brands at incredible prices is gift! To have the excellent customer service is icing on the cake.

Really great customer service. I ordered a pair of pants from an Italian retailer and the customer service team personally sent me updates with the product’s location.
When it arrived and didn’t fit, they helped me arrange the return. I forgot about it for about a week and missed the return window by two days, but they were able to speak with the original retailer and make an exception.
