I was disappointed with how the flowers were arranged when they were delivered to my mom for her birthday. The arrangement did not match the picture displayed online. The roses were still tightly closed, which meant the bouquet lacked the beautiful, full effect I was expecting. In addition, the stems had been cut too short, making the arrangement appear much smaller in the vase than advertised.

For the fact that it's a birthday present and it was delivered before 12pm. The driver was patient and cooperative, he even sang and danced in celebration to the birthday girl. It's a wow 🤩

It was very easy to navigate the website to get what I want. Check out was simple and loved the discount that was given.
