Delivery and installation is a joke!

I was recovering from surgery, so I decided to pay for "white glove" delivery and installation. Delivery crew tried leaving without taking product out of boxes then tried leaving boxes and pallets with me. Installation crew didn't seem to know what they were doing either. Once installed, doors bound when closing and lower shelf was 3/4" out of level over 4 ft. One adjustable leg was 2" off the floor. Called and sent pictures. Same crew came back and was here less than 10 minutes. Said they couldn't do anything because they needed additional parts or maybe even new pieces. Got call from third party installation company asking me to send more pictures and video, which I did. Never heard back...even after reaching out twice over two month period. Called New Age again and was finally told everything was installed properly and nothing more could be done. They said it is easy to lower the cabinet leg that is off the floor, and that I can do it myself. WTF! Why did I pay for installation if I have to do it myself.

I have little confidence in their…

I have little confidence in their company. I was very interested in purchasing their flooring products for my garage, but they have exported all their customer service support to India and they’re heavily based on commissions because the reps kept ignoring my actual question as a customer and kept offering to send me invoices to make a sale.

I had a question about the size of a large flooring bundle, mainly to find out whether or not we can store it before starting our project, and they basically ignored my question and responded with a copy pasta (after a week and multiple emails and chats) of the tile size from the website.

This is not a good sign that the company should get our business if they can’t invest in decent customer service and if they can’t be customer focused. It’s too bad because I really want to redo my garage and liked their marketing materials. The price was decent too and the samples look solid.

But I’m not going to order if it feels like we’re talking to my ISP (internet service provider if you didn’t know, they are all outsourced and commission based so it’s a headache to buy anything). I’m not going to fight for a week to get a basic question answered. How will it go after the sale if they are like this beforehand?

False advertising

False advertising. They say on the homepage and throughout the website in the banner "10% off at checkout", don't list any terms or even give a link to them until the very very end. Then say $5k minimum for the 10% off. 100% is false advertising when they don't say 'see terms and conditions' anywhere until the final checkout. Customer service was pompous, acting like they were lawyers, saying the site can do whatever they want and I'm an idiot. Well they lost $2k of business minimum.

I ordered the two piece cabinet

I ordered the two piece cabinet, bench, slat wall on August 1. Half of the order showed up on August 6th and was damaged, the shipper lost the other half. I immediately reported this to customer service via chat and email. After several back and forths by email I finally called customer service and was on hold for an hour only to be told the shipping company hadn't responded to New Age's dock check request and that's what was holding up the reship. Someone authorized the bypass of this step only to find out that my missing and damaged items are now all backordered and won't ship for at least 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. New Age had no problem billing me 2 grand but seemingly can't figure out how to get my order to me. I do not recommend New Age and will not order from them again. Their website doesn't allow 1 star reviews. I just keep getting this review moderated And by that I mean they delete it Very unethical.

I did quite a bit of research on…

I did quite a bit of research on different garage cabinet options, but I'm quite disappointed. After spending thousands of dollars on cabinetry and slatwall they refuse to replace a cabinet that arrived damaged. Avoid!

The cabinet arrived damaged, with two of the drawers unusable, and NewAge refuses to replace the cabinet.
