After comparing multiple quotes, I went with New Dawn Solar because there were no drawn-out sales pitches or over-the-top presentations. Daniel Roser genuinely listened to my needs, gave thoughtful advice, was always easy to reach, and, impressively, there was no upselling rather an extremely competitive quote! Along with Mel, the entire process—from commissioning to installation and aftercare—was seamless. In June 2025, they installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 and 13 solar panels for me, and in the five months I’ve been using them, there have been no issues. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them!

I had the opportunity to get quotes from several local and national companies supplying and fitting solar panels, Batteries and car chargers. In the end we opted for New Dawn Solar due to the personal touch and regular communications between Daniel, Mel and the team. The first visit was great with no upselling at all and time taken to explain the process and what our needs maybe for now and the future.

The follow up pack with breakdown of costs was easy to read and understand including the payment structure and payback calculations.

The second site visit was more detailed with roof surveys in person and via drones. days later the scaffolding was erected and the next day two engineers fitted 14 solar panels, A sigenergy Battery and a Car charger all in one day with meticulous care.

I can't fault New Dawn and the team for anything great customer service and I truly highly recommend the team if you're looking to get solar panels or batteries fitted.

Daniel and team were absolutely great. FIrst class service and installation. They also were the lowest out of three quotes and moreover Daniel's system design offered the most energy and coat savings. As always I completed a significant amount of research and due diligence prior to a major investment. I met with five companies to supply and fit a solar solution for our home. Only one of the five really listened to what we wanted, and only one of the five bothered to not just talk but also examine our loft and garage spaces and the roof(s) we wanted the panels installed on. Including measuring the roof and elevation angles.
New Dawn Solar made us feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing, and were building a solution to fit our needs and not one that delivered them the most profit, or shifting panels and batteries that were over stocked.

The installation was exemplorary and all the contract engineers were of high quality and helpful. The scaffolding was installed on Thursday evening, the panels, invertor and batteries installed on the Friday (in awful weather conditions) and the scaffolding was taken down Friday night.

The system is over performing based on the proposal and we are absolutely delighted.

Daniel and Dee kept us informed throughout and have both been tremendously helpful post the installation answering our questions.

New Dawn did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would. Everything was explained perfectly and all options discussed. Their sub contractors were of an equally excellent standard. Entirely satisfied.

Our local council was offering a solar PV installation group buying scheme and, as part of my due diligence, I did some counter research and came across New Dawn Solar Systems and I'm very glad I did. Not only were they very slightly cheaper than the council offering, their kit was a much better spec and higher capacity. Daniel was, by far, the most helpful and knowledgeable sales advisor I spoke to who responded quickly and thoroughly to all my queries. Once I'd signed up, a site visit quickly followed and Daniel generated their draft technical proposal on the day. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for the installation. Once on site the panel installer was able to access and accurately measure our roof dimensions and realised that it could not accommodate the original configuration, but New Dawn Solar were flexible and, with minimal extra costs, managed to fit the required number of panels but across two roof spaces. Very happy

New dawn solar have been really comprehensive with the paperwork. I checked the details with two independent professionals in green technology and they both approved the quote and installation specifications. The quote was competitive. When we had a minor issue when the scaffolding company damaged patio tile they were brilliant at getting it sorted out for us too. Always available, helpful and keen to do a great job. I have been recommending them to many people since.

We spoke to many companies before accepting New Dawn Solar's quote. Daniel was very helpful throughout the process and the final bill was way below the rest, and with same or better quality product. Scaffolding and installation went well. One or two hiccups but dealt with quickly and professionally by installer on the roof and electrician indoors. We're now reaping the benefit of a net electricity bill of about 0!

Amazing work from New Dawn, & Daniel the director. I reached out prior to moving to get a quote for a new property we were moving to. Between the first quote I agreed to and actually moving, the supply chain shifted and panels became cheaper, New Dawn incorporated this into my quote. Between paying my dep and full working installation was about 4 days. Since then the system has preformed amazingly, to a point where I consistently make profit and the worst I've had is breaking even using 14 panels and a fox battery & invertor.

It's been about 3 months now and have recommended them to anyone looking for solar.
