Fantastic experience from start to finish. Simon spotted issues with our structural drawings, went out of his way to support and guide. Was really accommodating with dates and gave me so much confidence I wasn’t dreading day 1 of the works, like I would normally be on a project. Came in got the job done, was flexible with tweaks as they arose. Really lovely team and couldn’t speak highly enough of Simon, great guy.

A really great bunch of hardworking guys who made my vision for our home extension become a reality. They even improved the image I had in my head, and all works were completed within an agreed budget and well within the timescales given. Brilliant company. Would highly recommend. They landscaped our garden, laying us a new patio and steps alongside building my studio extension. All work was carried out to a high standard. The workmen were punctual, polite and friendly. Simon was easily contactable if we had any quieries. Even the neighbours couldn't believe how hard they worked (in some extreme temperatures over the Summer) and how quickly our extension went up. Everything was cleaned for us afterwards. We couldn't have asked for more.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Great communication. They listened to exactly what I wanted. Reliable - turned up exactly when they said they would. The whole team were brilliant and worked so hard even through the heatwave. My garage conversion came in ahead of time and I'm over the moon with the quality of the finish. Highly recommended.
Well what can I say, we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Simon, Jimmy and the team have been fantastic, what a great bunch of guys. We recently had them remodel downstairs which involved knocking down internal walls and converting part of the garage to house our new utility. Communication with Simon was great, he was always very quick to respond, the price was very fair and the project came in ahead of schedule. They arrived promptly every morning, were very courteous and left the site tidy everyday, they worked very quickly and tirelessly. I have to mention Rich the chippy whose attention to detail was fantastic, he made sure the finishings were top class. He helped to make my vision/design ideas a reality and I'm so happy. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we will certainly be back in contact should we require any further building work in the future.
Right from the first contact Simon was very professional and easy to deal with. The building team were very courteous but most importantly very good. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and rubbish was removed. The job was finished as per the contract price and on time without any issues. We would highly recommend New Era Building Ltd, the new addition to our house has made such a difference to our lives.
From design through to completion it was a smooth process so thank you Simon and team !!
