Same as below. Realised just after I’d paid that it wasn’t the official website (looks the same, should be criminal!). Tried to cancel or get money back but ended up paying almost 5 times as much! My own stupid fault, but Google should not allow these guys to be top of the page!

SCAM.

I cancelled my request a minute after I submitted it and yet my visa was still processed for double the price you would pay to do it yourself. i can't believe I fell for it.
If I culd give them 0 stars I would.

I made the mistake of thinking this was connected with NZ Immigration. I quickly filled in the info for my wife and son.
After sending everything and paying online, I emailed my wife at work to tell her the good news. She quickly asked me if I had purchased ETA's via Immigration NZ who charge only $9 dollars N.Z btw. OOPS. I made a huge error.
I quickly went to email newzealandetavisa to CANCEL both eta requests, but before I could even press send, they had already processed my wifes's ETA. That was FAST, and only within 20 - 30 minutes.
They did reply re my request to cancel my son's and they said because they had not yet processed his ETA, that he would be fully refunded. My wife however would be charged only $30.
She did receive her ETA and I've checked with NZ immigration, yes it's valid.

After several (more) emails to the website email address, (their response time is days.... if you are lucky.) we are still waiting for the refund promised. It's been over ten days already.

There's no accountability on their part, no contact number, no names of who I am corresponding with via emails.

The fact that my wife's ETA did go through, tells me there is some hope that they might refund the said amount.
If they do, I will write another review.

I suppose the other frustration is that I can't present both cases in one email.
They just give a generic reply to direct you to reply by submitting a form.
Then emails get overlapped with different threads. ie One email gave confirmation that my son's ETA request was approved, but the next morning I get another email to my son saying that if he would like a refund that he needs to send in a form etc
So obviously no one checks up on who's case is being attended to.
I paid for both with the same credit card, why cant i talk to a rep concerning both cases?

Extremely disappointed.

Completely ripped off.
I'm embarrassed about being so naive and falling for this company's scam.
P.s Trustpilot how come you rate this company as 2.5 stars poor? All the visible reviews are 1 star bad and avoid?

Complete scam. Charging $130+ for the ETA, which costs only $7! Do not use them - go through to the NZ government site directly.

It's just a scam. The official website costs much less

As with others rating this outfit I was suckered by the "official" presentation of the web site and tinned up the amount of Euro 89 for a service easily available from NZ Immigration for a third of the cost. We in England and in the European zone have regulations about fraudulent trading and misrepresentation so why on earth do these slimy outfits continue to intercept our our honest enquiries and intentions to comply with governmental rules. I am ashamed of falling for this scam.

Unfortunately I was also ripped-off by this third party "travel agency". Normally I am very paranoid when dealing with online payments, but this "company" was very good at posing as an official (government) ETA website.
The price for doing business with this company was more than double the price (approx. 111 NZD) you would pay on the official (government) ETA website (47 NZD).
This just shows you can never trust anyone, unfortunately.
I checked my ETA on the official ETA website and it was issued. This kind of "business" should be illegal and I hope my review will help others to avoid this "travel agency".
To sum it all up: Never do business with these companies that so obviously have zero scruples when doing this kind of business. Moreover, your passport details are now at third party, that you do not trust.

I am also one of the victim. They charge me more than triple amount and forward me a reference number. I do not know whether the ETA paper I receive is valid or not. I contacted them via email but no response. No phone number has provided in their websites. I called to New Zealand embassy and waited for 1.5 hours to validate if the reference number is valid but the call got disconnected. Please do not trust this website. And now the best way I should do is reapply through the official website.

Like so many other countries with e-visa requirements, now New Zealand has also opened the door for semi-fraudulent websites like this one to pass itself off as a public service. The website more than doubled the price of the NZ document, while in effect doing nothing but copying the form from the official website - and forwarding the information to it in seconds. No services offered, probably in breach of the NZ Government's intellectual property rights, definitely a complete and utter waste of money!
