For what I paid the quality isn't what I expected, I thought it would arrive as a sofa would in one piece ,but had to be put together, if I had seen it in a shop I would not have chosen it, but the person on the phone and delivery were very good. Thank you

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am glad to hear that some parts of your order with us were pleasing, but sorry to hear that you are not happy with the recliner you received.

All recliners 2 or 3 seat sold in the UK come in two parts, with the back sections being separate. This allows them to fit through customers' doors, as the height of recliner sofas is usually larger.

Ordered from them before. Very happy with customer service experience. Polite, to the point and efficient. Very happy with delivery and timescales. Only thing I would say is I find the quality of the sofas are not as good as other retailers. Do not seem as durable and first sofas we had did not last very long, I fear this new one will not either.

Excellent customer service

Lee at Next Day Sofas was very friendly and extremely fair and customer focused when a problem arose with my order. His response was immediate and very professional, and more than resolved the issue.

I was dubious about purchasing a lathe…

I was dubious about purchasing a large item online without physically seeing the sofa. The communication I received was excellent. Really pleased with the sofa/quality. I opted for the one man delivery service and have to say, he was brilliant and really helpful. I would highly recommend

Found this company on line ordered a leather sample promised next day it arrived on time
Phoned the sales team and ordered 3seater Richmond sofa the young lady I spoke to was polite friendly and knowledgeable she explained in detail the next steps and everything she said would happen
Happened.Excellent service and good value for money product

We would highly recommend them.

From the very first phone call, whichever lady you spoke too they were extremely helpful and friendly.
Our sofa is fabulous, for £500 you could afford to replace it yearly!
We would highly recommend them.

Delivery men don't speak much English so are a tad on the quite side but they did their job, they work for another company.

Next day sofas what a laugh

I'm not going to lie the sofas are great and well worth the money it's the delivery company that are rubbish we ended up waiting three weeks for our sofas, we paid the extra money for in house two man delivery and they were just crap, they lost yea lost one of the sofas then when they finally delivered it basically chucked it the lounge didn't assemble it, didn't take the boxes this delivery company let Next day sofas image slip drastically.

I have already spoken to the third-party delivery company about your order and raised a complaint as the service you received was unacceptable.

Please be advised that delivery was free, and you didn't pay extra for the two-man delivery; this is included in the price for all of our range.

Cheap and badly made

Bought a 3 and 2x2 leather sofas. Only used for 3 months and the 3 seater is being binned. The stuffing collapsed and horrendous quality. Guess you get what you pay for. Now ordered from a genuine leather company.

Excellent quality and design!

Nice people to deal with!
I'm so delighted with my lovely Fairfax 2 seater sofa. Beautiful quality, so comfortable and the design is timeless.
Fitted into the tight space I'd allocated exactly (so measurements were spot on!) And I'm now the envy of all my friends.
I wanted it assembled for me, so I didn't mind waiting that bit longer for delivery. The 2 men were friendly and efficient, and completed the task quickly.

Complaint against Next Day Sofa

I purchased a set of sofas (one 3-seater and one 2-seater) from Next Day Sofa. After only 6 months of use, the 3-seater sofa developed a defect. A technician was sent to my home and the company promptly replaced the sofa.

However, after 1 year and 2 months, the 2-seater sofa developed the exact same issue. Another technician came to assess it and informed me that the sofa would likely be replaced, as it was a similar defect to the previous one.

To my surprise, I later received a call from the company saying they would not replace the sofa, accusing me of having damaged it with a key. This accusation is completely unfounded and unacceptable. I have always taken great care of my furniture, and it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect or poor product quality.

I am extremely disappointed with the company’s stance. At first, they showed good customer support, but now they refuse to take responsibility for the defect. I feel disrespected as a customer and harmed by this lack of care.

I strongly urge Next Day Sofa to reconsider this decision and honor their commitment to quality and respect for the customer. Otherwise, I will take the necessary steps to protect my consumer rights.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am truly sorry you are not happy with how we handled your complaint and order.


You received your 3 + 2 seat sofas in February 2024. You reported an issue on the 3 seat after six months, so we sent an independent furniture technician out who confirmed there were some splits on the seams and we replaced the sofa for you.

You contacted us again outside of the one year warranty to say the same thing was happening on the 2 seat sofa, As a goodwill gesture we agreed to send someone to look at the fault but this time the fault reported and images sent were more in line with customer misuse/damage than a manafactruing fault as it was a clean slit on the leather on the seat cushion and the indenpent furniture assesor put this down as an invalid claim rather than a manafacturing fault.

I feel we have acted responsibly, quickly, and fairly in response to your issues.
