Having spoken to many providers while searching for a course, I was very impressed with Next Level Impact from our first call. Firstly, my call was picked up very quickly and professionally, this doesn't happen with many providers. Secondly, after having a long and informative discussion with a Tutor/Mentor, Martin, he guided me to the most appropriate course and talked me through all of the details. This professional consultation and Martin's encouragement and clear expertise were so impressive that I agreed to sign up and have never regretted that decision. Martin has been both informative and supportive in his guidance throughout my study, and I am so happy with the service that I am now about to start the second stage of my study. I think this company is amazing! I have done 2x level 7 courses early last year and have just completed a Level 8 course with them over the past 7 months.

On my induction day to the course, when I seen the work that I had to do I wasn't confident that I could finish the course. I have visual dyslexia and have struggled with writing essays before, but with the support and guidance of Martin he broke the course down into parts and helped me get the confidence and mentality to complete it.
