Our move was difficult. These guys stepped in and took care of the tough staff. They were responsive and courteous. I am so lucky to chose this moving company.

It was smooth experience and movers were friendly. All our boxes arrived in good condition and I would recommend them to anyone.

The move went great, Denis and two of his helpers did a excellent job packing all of my belongings. I was surprised how quickly they emptied my apartment, my mirrors were packed with so many layers I was shocked. They did a great job at pick up same way they took care of my delivery to Florida. Wonderful team, wonderful company. I'm so grateful for them helping me with the move I seriously couldn't have asked for a better service. Hire them if you want professionals!

This company is corrupt. Do not fall for any sales pitches - they rush you to sign the contract, then continually up the prices when it is too late to change companies. My stuff arrived about a month past when they said they it would arrive and even past their generous (to them) contracted time. Good luck getting anyone on the phone (they simply do not answer) or your salesperson (who promises the moon) to ever get back to you on the “personal cell” he promised. I could go on, but please avoid this company. A horrible experience.

Expect them to continually refer to “the contract” (even when they are lying about it) and to borderline threaten you if you question them (and that is when you finally get them to pay attention to you, which only happens when they are waiting to get paid). One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company, bar none.

This us the worst moving company. When I got my quote, I spoke to Allen who lied and miss quoted the cost, delivery day and pick up day and time. I provided him all of my details and amount of items but it ended up costing me three times as much. I was told the movers would deliver my items in 5 days from date of pick up, but once they had my items it turned to 30 days. The mover destroyed my items. Pits and pans were dented or completely destroyed. My furniture wasn't wrapped causing massive damage, my BBQ was tossed causing a wheel and the inside gas burner to be broken clean off, rendering it dangerous to use. My boxes were smashed and all contents shattered, the list goes on and on. Trying to get reimbursement has been a nightmare causing me to retain an attorney. This is hands down the WORST moving company of all time. It is costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs, not to mention the inflated charges. Trust me when I say RUN! This company have several better business complaints and the employees are rude and awful. You would be better off renting a Uhaul and hiring people off the street to load and unload your items. This company had caused nothing but problems and refused to to do the right thing. It has been a fight every step of the way, including just to get my items back. I had to brib them to deliver my items inside of 30 days. Worst. Company. Ever! The people who work there should be ashamed of themselves.

Second time use this fantastic moving coming. Family owned and they treat YOU like family, Used them for a small move out of storage unit yesterday. Excellent customer service by our movers and moving specialist. Going to use them again in a month to move our entire household effects.
HIGHLY recommend them.

Everything went without a hitch. The gays were great. Very courteous and professional. Wrapped and took great care with all of our stuff. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended this company by my brother. They do quality work efficiently I'm using their services again in March. They took apart everything and put them back together correctly. They were done moving my stuff in before I finished cleaning my old place.

They picked up my things at 7:30 was told be there 2-6. That was July 9th Tuesday. Then changed amt from 2100 to 3600. Told them I'll sye them then lowered 3200. Paid 50% finished 9 pm. Half truck already full. Now can't reach them about delivery Saturday. Very bad business.

They are fraudulent and scammers. On the day of move they were asking us to pay more after being quoted a certain amount after inventory check.
They never pick calls or revert to calls.
Save your self from fraud and never book them.
We canceled our move with them and booked someone else

After reading dozens of positive reviews from multiple sites, I trusted this company. The sales rep assured me that a 26 ft truck would deliver to my final destination (as my apartment building would not allow a semi truck at arrival).

The pick up was relatively smooth except for the giant semi truck that showed up and blocked half the neighborhood. They arrived relatively on time (communication was good) and on the agreed date.

I paid for Direct Delivery - which was an extra $900 and my things were supposed to arrive on Friday, May 24th - which they did not. I called Friday for an update and they did not know and said they would call me back after talking to the "dispatcher" (which is that a sign of this being a broker, unknown). Same thing Saturday, no updates, no answers (called ~3 times). Called Sunday ~3x (left ringing and on hold until it hung up on me, about 30 minutes) and literally no one answered the phone or chat lines. I could not reach anyone from the company and honestly if I did- I doubt they would know where my things were. Finally on Monday, through CHAT online (not even over the phone), Karina was able to provide an update of when the movers would be here the following day.

The driver texted me Monday night confirming the drop off location and time and I asked to make sure the semi-truck was NOT being used to deliver my things, and he said he was unaware of that issue, and that he'd have to drive to U-Haul and transfer my things (I told the rep, the intake person, AND the movers on arrival day this reminder). Finally- at 6:30pm (previously told 2pm) the driver and another person arrived to help unload. The driver & movers themselves were fantastic and very friendly/responsive.

TLDR: I was charged $500 for the U-Haul transfer, only a couple items arrived damaged, and my $352 office chair was missing from the inventory list AND on arrival. I'm actively filing a dispute with my credit card company for the $900, $500, and missing chair.

My moving coordinator Ciera C. was such a pleasant representative to speak with! She made the consultation experience feel very safe and comfortable and I genuinely appreciate the level of detail and candor of the call!

This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. The person eho set up the contract never said that tgey would have to charge me to move it to a smaller truck for delivery. They held my stuff in storage because it was a small load until they could send a filled truck. I had to continuously make calls to find out when it would reach florida. They told me it would take only three days at time of signing of contact but then informed me they had a twelve day window. I was very cleat that I needed the items by tuesday. It did not arrive on time snd had to stay an extra day as i was at their mercy. Never will I ever use them nor recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. They also broke one of my antique chairs ehich cannot be replaced.

Stay away from this company! It will be your worst nightmare as if moving isn’t already stressful. They kept my things for over two weeks before they were delivered. They will also keep going up on the price. My final bill was supposed to be 700. They stated they need to rent a shuttle for 472. Which was a uhaul and we all know how much uhaul cost. So final bill 1172. I ended up paying close to 2500. Maybe more because every time I talked to them it was about money. It was a small move 10 by 10. Y did the driver leave when I called the police because of the extra fee they were trying to charge to take my things off that uhaul. This company is a mess. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

Booked a move well in advance, original point of contact was great and everything was setup. I knew I had a 30 day clause that would cost me my deposit should I need to cancel. Life happened, had to cancel due to family needs. Tried to cancel, couldn’t reach my contact, tried emailing no response tried calling and I was given the run around and had to call back multiple times over two weeks. Finally heard back from someone the day after my 30 day cancellation notice would’ve been required. Lost the full deposit due to their games. Thanks for screwing over a disabled military vet, who needed to cancel to take care of a family member. Shady and morally compromised.

Crew was so courteous, punctual and responsive. They took great care moving our items and worked quickly to complete the job. By far it was the easiest move thanks to your skilled team! The price was very reasonable as well.

Guys who showed up were fantastic! Quoted price was spot on. They were super-efficient and professional. Full service packing first day and move second day went very smoothly. I Would definitely recommend to others!

Buyer beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. Bait and switch with the estimate vs. what it cost. Took 14 days to deliver, terrible customer service. Worst moving experience I ever had.
