I don’t usually write reviews, unless I’m unhappy, but that is not the case I’ve made two purchases from niceposters.com and they were both excellent experiences. All of the edits and request were completed to my satisfaction and the customer service was definitely top notch. Can’t wait to order my third one soon.

Product arrived dammaged
Was really disappointed in the framing it was less then professional loosely attached to frame and the "plexiglass Cracked and was broken in several pieces" I can only assume it happened during shipping. This was a Christmas gift and I left in the box til we had our Christmas last week.
I've taken it to Hobby Lobby to get reframed properly. That cost me an additional $52.99... I would like to have that reimbursed on the card I bought this with.
The quality of the Art work was nice... Need to a better job on the presentation

Pricing
Everything about my purchase was great. The picture was clear, the ideas were awesome. The down fall was the price, it is a little too pricey for the size of 12x18. I wish it offered more coupons.
